Climbing in Aculco

Last Saturday, we went bouldering in Aculco, a great place south of Queretaro. We had some guests, Kathrin and Mättl (Suizos!). The result of 1 hour of climbing was one sprained ankle (Miguel) and a buttom which hurt quite a bit (Steph)...

Update from mid-Septembre: La Media Luna (San Luis Potosi)

Well, well, well, it was kind of hectic week-end and I start by the end, like you'll see it wasn't so bad after all ;) On Sunday evening, about 21h, we crashed into a cow, I'm deeply sorry, I only have a pic of the car because the cow went away!!! I was sitting in the front and the hole corresponds to the head of the cow... As you can imagine, I dreamt of the cow's head a couple of nights!! BUT nobody got hurt!!! Ouf!

In summary: if you drive in Mexico at night, TAKE CARE!!!!

Otherwise, we went to a lake, called "La media Luna" because of its shape, it's close to San Luis Potosi, a 40-meters deep lake with warm water!! And we enjoyed a diving tour with a spanish guide, it was great!

Training on earth, the lake is surrounded by a nice pine tree wood where you can camp, eat and so on.

In the Sierra Gorda, if you pay attention, there is a little animal in the bush with fake eyes, I never saw such one before!!
